The Acting Program At...

The department organizes productions around a four-year cycle in which we move through the major periods and styles of dramatic literature so that students work on a wide range of plays.

The theatre curriculum includes courses emphasizing the inter-dependence of all aspects of production: acting, directing, and technical theatre.

Students also benefit from field placements with regional professional companies as well as gaining experience in on-campus productions.
